What is "Fresh Aroma Locked" Technique?
“Fresh Aroma Locked” is a technology used to preserve the aromatic scent of coffee by locking in its freshness after roasting. This process helps maintain the natural aroma and taste of the coffee, ensuring the fragrance lasts longer. The aroma can be retained for several days to several weeks, depending on the packaging and storage conditions. This technology significantly impacts the coffee’s flavor, as its freshness and rich aroma contribute to a more delicious and full-bodied taste.

Do you offer factory demonstrating tours?
Our factory is not open for internal tours. However, for detailed discussions regarding product manufacturing or coffee tasting, you are welcome to visit the factory’s R&D room.

ผงกาแฟของ Huge Kof ชงยังไง จึงจะได้รสชาติและกลิ่นที่ดี?
วิธีการชงกาแฟของทาง Huge kof ให้ได้รสชาติดีที่สุด คือ ใช้น้ำร้อนที่อุณหภูมิ 120 ‘C สัดส่วนน้ำ 100 ml/ผงกาแฟ 2-3g จะทำให้รสชาติออกมาดี กลิ่นหอม (หากชงตามคำแนะนำ 6g ต่อน้ำ 1 แก้ว (200 ml)
Request for Product Sampling
What is the procedure for requesting samples?
Please provide your name, company, and the purpose of your sample request via our official Facebook page or Line OA. Our administrator will then provide you with coffee profiles to choose from, or you may specify your desired profile. There is a cost of 1 Baht per gram, plus a shipping fee of 50 Baht.
Production Process
OEM/ODM Production Process
1. Client Product Selection
The client informs the sales team of their desired product specifications. Once the specific formula is agreed upon, it is forwarded to R&D for development.
2. Sample Testing
Samples are sent to the client for initial coffee base selection to be developed further (shipping costs apply).
Estimated Timeline: 3 Months
3. Product Development
- Define Brief Concept (Week 1)
- 1st Sample Test + Feedback (Week 1)
- 2nd Sample Test + Feedback (Week 2)
- 3rd Sample Test + Feedback (Week 2)
- Finalize formula, production details, and confirm order (additional charges apply for formula revisions). Invoice for development fees and production deposit issued (Week 3).
4. Registration
- Process FDA (Sor Bor 5) registration: 10,000 Baht/formula (Weeks 3-4)
- Conduct nutritional testing: 15,000 Baht/formula (Weeks 5-6)
- Other registrations (depending on client requirements)
- Invoice for Halal certification processing fee: 17,500 Baht/item
- Process food advertisement permit (Khor Or): 10,000 Baht/item
5. Packaging (If the client requests our company for design)
- Brief Packaging Concept (3 revisions allowed) (Week 3)
- 1st Packaging Design Review (Week 4)
- 2nd Packaging Design Review (Week 5)
6. Client Design Confirmation
- Finalize Packaging Design (Week 6)
7. Packaging Production Order
- Invoice for packaging costs and initiate packaging production (Weeks 6–10)
Note: Production lead time is 30-45 days from the date of design confirmation with the printer.
8. Submission of Additional Documents
Processed according to client requirements.
- Halal application: 60 days
Khor Or (Food Advertisement Permit) application: 45 days
9. Product Manufacturing
Once all packaging arrives at the factory:
- Begin production planning for the client’s product; collect 50% production deposit (Weeks 10–12)
- Upon completion of product manufacturing; collect remaining balance (Weeks 11–12)
10. Product Delivery
- Product delivery within 1 day after manufacturing completion (Week 12 + D1)”

How to start OEM production?
You can begin by discussing, consulting, and inquiring through our Facebook page, Line OA, or by calling us at 02-529-1719 ext. 142. Our staff will be available to assist you during business hours (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Monday – Saturday).
What are the initial costs and minimum production quantity (MOQ)?
“Initial OEM production costs are divided into three parts:
1. Product Development
- Formula Development Fee: 5,000 Baht/formula
- FDA (Sor Bor 5) Processing Fee: 10,000 Baht/formula
- Nutritional Testing Fee: 15,000 Baht/formula (abbreviated: 7,500 Baht)
- Halal Certification Processing Fee: 17,500 Baht/item
- Food Advertisement Permit Processing Fee: 10,000 Baht/item
Total: 57,500 Baht (one-time fee)
2. Packaging Design (In House)
- Logo Artwork: 7,000-10,000 Baht/design
- Sticker Design: 10,000 Baht/design
- Label Design: 15,000 Baht/design
- Box/Sticker Design (Sachet): 10,000 Baht/design
Note: Should there be future modifications to the packaging design, the client will be responsible for any minor change fees.
Total: 30,000 Baht (one-time, optional)
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For smaller packaging sizes, the quantity will be higher. For example:
- 2g size = 60,000 sachets
- 15-18g size = 15,000 sachets
- 100g size = 3,000 sachets
The final price will be determined based on the client’s discretion and discussion with our Sales representative regarding the desired packaging type and initial quantity.”

We provide comprehensive OEM production services for coffee, various health products, and ready-to-mix beverage powders. This includes, but is not limited to, Thai tea, green tea powder, matcha powder, herbal teas, fruit teas, powdered health drinks (e.g., protein powder, collagen powder), and various dietary supplements. We also offer instant coffee powder and ready-to-use roasted coffee beans for coffee shops. Our services span from raw material sourcing, production, and packaging, to various registrations, and even market entry consultation.

Premium quality roasted coffee beans, carefully selected from Doi Chang and other renowned coffee regions in Thailand, truly supporting sustainability and Thai farmers. Available in 3 unique blends:
- Starter plus
Medium roasted Arabica beans. A harmonious blend of chestnut, peanut, and wheat notes, finishing with subtle citrus and a delicate floral sweetness. - Level up
Medium roasted Arabica – Robusta blend. Offers a light and subtly sweet profile with a perfectly balanced richness from both coffee varieties, featuring harmonious nutty and floral notes. - Hard core

Ideal for monks, health-conscious individuals, seniors, and patients with NCDs such such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
Is there a minimum order quantity? What are the shipping costs? How do I place an order?
There is no minimum order quantity for delivery. You can place an order directly with our administrator via Huge Kof’s Facebook page or Line OA, with shipping costs varying by parcel weight. Alternatively, you can easily order by yourself through Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop, where special discount codes are available every month.
